Meet the Chef

My name is Tracy O’Rourke, and I am the owner of Salt & Sage. I was born and raised on Long Island, New York, where my love of cooking began in my grandmother’s kitchen, on my father’s side. She embraced my grandfather’s Italian heritage, and together they inspired a deep appreciation for food, family, and tradition that I carry with me today.

My husband and I have raised two amazing boys here in Southlake, Texas, so I understand firsthand the daily juggle getting kids to and from ballfields, religious classes, tutoring, and everything in between all while trying to put a home-cooked meal on the table.

Recently, I decided to take the leap and turn that lifelong passion into something more by offering home-cooked meals delivered right to your door. It brings me so much joy to cook for others, and I truly hope you enjoy these meals as much as I enjoy preparing them for you.
